This chapter covers prepared feathers and down and articles made of them, artificial flowers, foliage and fruit, and articles of human hair. Wigs, false beards, eyebrows, eyelashes and similar goods, including those made of animal hair or textile materials, belong here as well. Garments and accessories in which feathers or down are used to a greater extent than as simple ornament or filling, as well as bedding such as mattresses and pillows, do not fall in heading 67.01.

(c) 67.02 pozisyonunda yeralan yapma çiçekler, yapraklı dallar veya bunların aksamı ile bunlardan
mamul eşya.
3. Aşağıda yazılı olanlar 67.02 pozisyonuna dahil değildir:
(a) Cam eşya (Fasıl 70);veya
(b) Seramikten, taştan, metalden, ağaçtan veya diğer maddelerden kalıba dökülmek, çekiçle dövülmek,
yontulmak suretiyle, estempaj veya diğer işlemlerle yekpare olarak elde edilen veya parçalar halinde
imal olunup bağlama, yapıştırma ve benzeri usullerden başka şekilde birleştirilerek meydana getirilen
yapma çiçekler, yapraklı dallar ve meyveler.
