What this chapter covers

This chapter covers albuminoidal (protein-based) substances, modified starches, glues and enzymes. Casein and albumin derivatives, dextrins, starch-based and other prepared adhesives, and enzyme preparations all sit here. The notes define dextrin numerically: products whose sugar content, expressed as dextrose on the dry matter, has been brought down to 10% or less belong in 35.05, while anything above 10% falls to 17.02. An additional note places milk protein concentrates containing more than 85% protein by weight on the dry matter in subheading 3504.00.10.

2. 35.05 pozisyonu anlamında " dekstrin " tabirinden, nişastanın degradasyonu işlemine tabi tutulması

neticesinde elde edilen ve dekstroz olarak ifade edilen şeker miktarı kuru madde üzerinden %10

veya daha az oranda düşürülmüş olan ürünler anlaşılır.

İçindeki düşürülmüş şeker oranı % 10'dan fazla olanlar 17.02 pozisyonunda yer alırlar.
