What this chapter covers

This chapter covers separate chemical elements and separate chemically defined inorganic compounds, together with the organic and inorganic compounds of precious metals, radioactive elements, rare earth metals and isotopes. Aqueous solutions of such products stay here, as do solutions in other solvents where the solvent is used only for safety or transport reasons. Added stabilisers for preservation or transport, and anti-dusting or colouring agents added for identification or safety, do not change the classification — provided the addition does not render the product particularly suitable for a specific rather than general use.

4. Bu Fasılın II numaralı tali Fasılında yer alan ametal asitlerden ve IV numaralı tali faslında yer alan

bir metal asitten oluşan belirli bir kimyasal yapıda bulunan kompleks asitler 28.11 pozisyonunda yer alırlar.

5. 28.26 ila 28.42 pozisyonları, sadece metal tuzlarına, amonyum tuzlarına veya peroksi tuzlarına uygulanır.

Pozisyon metinlerinde aksi belirtilmedikçe, çift tuz veya kompleks tuzlar 28.42 pozisyonunda yer alırlar.

6. 28.44 pozisyonu sadece aşağıda yazılı olanları içine alır:

(a) Teknezyum (atom no. 43), prometyum (atom no. 61), polonyum (atom no. 84) ve atom numarası

84'ten fazla olan tüm elementler;

Bu notta veya 28.44 ve 28.45 pozisyonları anlamında " izotoplar " tabirinden:

- Doğada monoizotopik durumda bulunanlar hariç diğer çekirdekler;

7. Ağırlık itibariyle % 15'ten fazla fosfor içeren bakır fosfürler (bakır fosfor), 28.53 pozisyonuna girer.

8. Elektronik işlerde kullanılmak üzere dope edilmiş kimyasal elementler (silikon ve selenyum gibi)

haddeden çıktığı gibi ham veya çubuk ve silindir şeklinde olmak şartıyla bu fasılda yeralır.

Bunların disk, plaket (wafer) veya benzeri şekillerde kesilmiş olanları ise 38.18 pozisyonuna dahil olur.
